Backup your device – Diagnostics and repair may require resetting to factory settings so always good to be safe

Turn off Find My iPhone – This is required before any repairs can be started for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and iPods. For more information, CLICK HERE.
Beats repairs require a receipt. For almost all other repairs we can lookup warranty information, receipt Maybe required.
Repair turn around time
We aim to have devices diagnosed within 3-5 business days but this may change over busy periods. Our friendly staff will give you a rough timeframe when the device is checked in.
Not fast enough? We do have a “Jump Queue” option to make it the next job in our queue for $99. ( Up to Technicians Discretion )
