My iPod has a problem.
An iPod should give you many years of listening pleasure but occasionally things do go wrong. To get your ipod working as quickly as possible, try the following 5 R's before bringing it in to see us

  • Reset your iPod.
  • Retry with a different USB Port.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Reinstall iPod and iTunes software.
  • Restore your iPod.

For further information, please consult this link.

Warranty repairs:
If you have taken these steps and still cannot get your iPod to function as it should, please bring it in for service. Our iPod technician will assess it and in the event that your iPod is faulty and covered under warranty a replacement iPod will be ordered for you. You will then receive a phonecall when your replacement iPod is available for pick up.

Out of warranty repairs:
If you have followed the 5 R's and still cannot get your iPod to function, bring it in and our iPod technician will assess your iPod and quote you accordingly. A  minimum charge will apply for our technician to assess your iPod.

Please note: If your problem has been caused by a user error, physical damage, or as a result of a software issue, service is NOT covered under warranty and a minimum service fee will apply.
